— Product / what noodl actually does

Real questions.
Real answers.

noodl isn't a chatbot bolted onto a phone tree. It's a voice host trained on real restaurant calls — your menu, your hours, your house rules — so the same 30 questions a day stop pulling your team off the floor.

  • Speaks 13 languages, switches mid-call
  • Recognizes regulars by phone number

Sounds
like you.
Not a bot.

Pick a voice. Hand us a script in your tone. Tell us how you greet regulars and how you decline private events. noodl learns your accent — dry, warm, deadpan, whatever — and never reads off a card.

  • 12 voice options, both genders, multiple regions
  • Custom greeting + house style
  • Tweakable in plain English

Built on Call Experts
a 20-year contact-center playbook.
Tuned by humans who've worked your shift.
— Common questions

Ask us
anything.

/ 01
Will my callers know they're talking to AI?
If they ask, noodl will tell them. We don't pretend. Most callers don't ask — they just get their question answered and book a table. The ones who do ask usually keep going anyway, because it's faster than waiting on hold.
/ 02
What if it gets something wrong?
Every call is logged and reviewed weekly during pilot. We tune mistakes inside 24 hours. There's a bail-out trigger — say "manager" or "human" and noodl forwards immediately to whoever you've designated.
/ 03
Do I need to change phone providers?
No. We forward your existing line — the one printed on your menus and Google listing. Most providers do this in 10 minutes over chat. We'll sit on the call with you if it gets fussy.
/ 04
What about a multi-location group?
One noodl per location, shared brain across the group. Each location keeps its own voice, hours, menu, and routing. Centralized debriefs for ops directors. Many restaurants, one noodl.
/ 05
How long until it's live?
Onboarding call Monday, soft launch Friday. We listen to the first three days of calls together, tune anything that's off, then hand you the keys.
